This program is great fun and highly recommended and has the added benefit of really allowing you to get to grips with Langkawi and is a more interesting alternative to the traditional "round island tour" . If you haven't seen the TV series from which this idea was borrowed read on.
Here are just a few of the tasks the last group did...
First the teams warm up and break the ice.

Or warm up with a Sumo Basha Icebreaker!

The ladies can join in too!

Then they choose a leader for each team.

Teams are divided into groups sizes ranging from 4 to 10 per team. Each team is given a car or van which they use for mobility to get around the island. Each team is given a map and a list of tasks to achieve in a limited time frame. Each task has a points allocation and teams must carefully prioritise their tasks in a way that they believe will optomise their points.

Planning over. There's always time for a team photo

This program can be run on both land or water using speedboats, or a combination of both. Its a fantastic way to get to see some of the outer islands and while encouraging groups to gel. In speedboats we take in the mangrove area and it is a great way to learn more about the kilim river geopark instead of the regular tour. While you are in the river you may see eagles, otters sting rays and may be able to feed the sting rays. We can also incorporate mangrove mud running and sea kayaking for company groups and corporate team building. We have recently developed an Amazing Conservation Race that incorporates a strong corporate social responsibility message.
