You are crew on a number of yachts that are stranded on a beach at low tide with repairable damage. Each of your team is given a character with vital information regarding the yachts, the weather, the environment and the team must analise the information and come up with a viable solution to escape the island and be prepared to defend it against a panel of experienced inquisitors.

This program is tough on the brain. Many employees really engage and commit to the solving of the disaster scenario and employers find it a refreshing change to see their employees problem solving skills tested as well as their muscles.
